Founded in 2001, Homepin provides complete silicone, rubber, and plastic manufacturing services and solutions that bring innovative concepts to life, covering every stage of the process from initial product development and raw material production to intelligent manufacturing and final product delivery. We have world-class solutions in precision tooling, compression, injection, and extrusion molding, as well as 1-stage injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) with over-molding capabilities, enabling us to become one of the most comprehensive and competitive companies in the industry. Our services and solutions serve specialty industries, including home and kitchen, baby, pet, medical, automotive, construction, and other consumer products.

4.2 MWe Photovoltaic System

Environmental Sustainability at Homepin

At Homepin, we are dedicated to sustainability and environmental protection. Within our No.1 Zhongshan Plant, we have installed a 4.2 Megawatt (MWE) photovoltaic system. This system generates 5 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of power annually, reducing our reliance on the grid and minimizing carbon emission.

Enterprise Systems

We have implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to consolidate all production aspects into a single system, as well as an Office Automation processing system (OA), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Warehouse Management System (WMS) that seamlessly integrate with the ERP system. This streamlines resource planning, management, and operational control, enhancing management efficiency. Additionally, we have adopted a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to further improve management control and increase operational efficiency.
