We made a technical breakthrough and achieved tolerance control at +/- 0.014mm, ranking at the world's leading level. Combining this achievement with advanced technologies such as rotatable demolding, numerical control grinding of spatial mold clamping line, and automatic spraying, we have significantly improved the efficiency of the highly challenging precision machining process.

Compression transfer Injection Molding

This process requires high-performance molds and molding expertise, in which high pressure transfer the uncured silicone through sprue holes into the cavities of a closed mold.
